RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Evvi allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 7 from the moment your Evvi order is delivered. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned without any damage and dirt. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 14 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:
Personalised items can't be returned.
In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.

RETURN EXCHANGE PROCESS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Login to your account using mail id which was given at the of purchase find your order that you want to make return. See detailed policy here.
REFUND PROCESS
This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.
- We only offer refunds onto the Bank Transfer payment method.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 4 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

Log in with us using the same mail which has been used at the time of purchasing. Find your order history and create a return there.
